He was recognized one of the 21 characters of the year, the newspaper Peru 21 in 2005, having put on the water issue national agenda. As leader of the Peruvians Without Water Association promotes the organization of human settlements, rural and indigenous communities throughout Peru, in pursuit of equal rights of access to water.
He graduated as a technician in small animal breeds UNALM and has led studies of Corporate Social Responsibility.
